Full Service Check list:
Change engine, transmission and primary oil.
Clean magnetic drain plugs and replace o rings. ( if appl.)
Replace engine oil filter.
Inspect and lube and adjust throttle and clutch cables. ( if appl.)
Adjust clutch at hub. ( if appl. )
Inspect and adjust tire pressure if needed and inspect tread for wear.
Inspect brake pads for wear.
Clean out and service air filter. ( if appl.)
Inspect and top off brake fluids.
Inspect and adjust rear belt or chain and lubricate ( if nec.)
Inspect and adjust primary chain. ( if appl.)
Change spark plugs
Inspect spokes for damage and torque. ( if appl.)
Inspect front end fall away and torque.
Lubricate neck bearings. ( if appl.)
Clean tappet screen. ( if appl.)
Inspect tightness of all "critical fastners."
Inspect battery connections, clean and tighten.
Inspect operation of all electrical components.
Lubricate shifter and brake pedals. ( if appl.)
Test ride.
Note: Fork Oil can be changed ( average mileage requirement is 10 to 20,000 miles )
and wheel bearings can be packed if applicable ( average mileage requirement is 10,000 miles )
for additional cost based on year and model.
